Privacy Policy

The data controller is Hitesh Aswani, trading as Your PPC Manager. You can reach me about anything on this page at hitesh@firstpageconsultants.com.

When you send the enquiry form: your name, email and message, plus your brand or website, revenue range and marketplaces if you choose to share them. I also record the time you sent it.

To stop spam: your IP address is checked against a short limit on how many messages can be sent. It's held in server memory for up to 10 minutes and never saved to my database.

Your cookie choice: stored in your own browser so the banner doesn't keep asking.

I use your enquiry only to reply to you and talk about working together. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering your request, and the steps you ask me to take before a contract.

Spam protection is based on my legitimate interest in keeping the form usable. Functional and analytics cookies are based on your consent, which you can change at any time.

My hosting provider (Emergent, running on Google Cloud and Cloudflare) runs the website and stores enquiries.

Resend delivers the email that tells me you sent an enquiry.

Calendly handles bookings, and only if you choose to book a call.

Fonts are hosted on this site, so no font requests go to Google. I never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after you send them. The IP based spam limit lives only in memory and clears within 10 minutes. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data.

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how I use it, or get a copy to take elsewhere. Where I rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Email hitesh@firstpageconsultants.com and I'll reply within one month. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, such as the ICO in the UK or the data protection authority where you live.

If you're in California or another US state with a privacy law: I don't sell or share your personal information, and you can ask what I hold and ask me to delete it.

My providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum.
